Three pass gas boiler adopts wet-back structure. The high-temperature flue gas passes through the second and third return flue pipes successively, and then from the back flue chamber through the chimney atmosphere. The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear smoke box covers to facilitate boiler maintenance. The boiler is equipped with good technical functions, automatic proportional scheduling, automatic water supply scheduling, program start and stop, automatic work and other advanced technologies, and has concave and convex water level report and very low water level, ultra-high steam pressure, flameout and other automatic protection functions. The gas-fired boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable operation, and simple, sensitive, less pollution, low noise and high power.
Three Pass Gas Boiler Features
- Structurally, there is one more heat exchange area for the three-return gas boiler than for the second-return gas boiler. The smoke outlet of the two-return gas boiler is at the other end corresponding to the burner, while the smoke outlet of the two-return gas boiler is at one end of the boiler burner.
- In the system, an energy saving device is added at the end of the three-return gas boiler to further absorb the flue gas temperature and reduce the exhaust temperature. Second return gas boiler added energy saving device and condenser, heat absorption surface is larger, smoke exhaust temperature is lower.
- In terms of cost, the boiler body has more tube bundles in the three-return gas boiler and uses more materials than the second-return gas boiler. However, the stretching rod (fixed action) of the second-return gas boiler is more than that of the third-return gas boiler, which may be a difference of several thousand pieces, but the second-return gas boiler has more condenser costs than the third-return gas boiler.
- In terms of performance, the thermal efficiency of three-return and two-return gas boilers is relatively high. Although the three-return gas boilers have three return journeys to transfer heat energy, there is an additional condenser in the flue gas tail of the second-return gas boilers. If there is also a condenser in the tail of the three-return gas boiler, the resistance of the boiler will increase, the power consumption will increase, and the cost is not proportional to the performance.
Gas-fired boilers, including biogas boilers, liquefied steam boilers and natural gas boilers, are all under the category of gas-fired boilers. Although the fuels are different, the types of boilers are the same, belonging to WNS type gas-fired boilers or SZS type gas-fired boilers. The common tonnage of ZOZEN’s WNS type gas-fired boilers is usually between 1 and 20 tons. The common tonnage of SZS type gas-fired boiler is usually between 20 tons and 110 tons, and the most common ones are 17.5MW gas-fired hot water boiler and 58MW gas-fired hot water boiler. SZS type oil-fired and gas-fired boiler is a double-pot tube vertical “D” type pipe boiler with quick assembly, consisting of upper and lower pot tube, membrane water cooling wall, convection tube bundle, energy saving device and condenser. The burner is arranged on the front wall. After fuel is burned in the furnace, the flue gas enters the chimney through convection tube bundle, energy saving device and condenser.
